What does Estuario buy?
Established Brazilian fruit and vegetable growers, packing and processing operations, and one distribution channel, bought one at a time after diligence.
Why Brazil?
Deep domestic demand for everyday food, a large agricultural base with many established owner-run producers, and lower exposure to AI-driven change in office work.
Do you replace the workforce?
No. We keep capable teams and train them, including in new tools. Systems support the people who grow, pack and sell the food.
Where are the terms?
Only in the private placement memorandum. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
